New quality productivity enables the high-quality development of the grain industry:Internal logic,key tasks,and practice path

Abstract
The high-quality development of the grain industry is a crucial aspect of overall high-quality development in the new era.This study delves into the basic connotations of new quality productivity in the grain industry and proposes its internal logic in enabling high-quality development.New quality productivity drives technological innovation,efficiency improvement,organizational optimization,operational efficiency,resilience,and safe development of the grain industry through revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of resources,and industrial upgrading,ultimately achieving the industry's high-quality development.Based on the current state of the grain industry,this study analyzes the main constraints to new quality productivity,including lagging development of cutting-edge technologies,insufficient support for high-level talent,inadequate coordination in scientific and technological innovation systems and mechanisms,and unreasonable evaluation and incentive mechanisms for scientific research personnel.The study identifies four key directions for advancing new quality productivity:integrated innovation of core technologies in key areas,optimization of scientific and technological talent echelons at different levels,collaborative innovation among different types of organizational systems,and improvement and upgrading of infrastructure in key areas.Finally,the study suggests implementing new quality productivity through top-level design,key task support,and policy backing.关键词
