Abstract
According to the structure design of a two-stage centrifugal compressor,a periodic cycle symmetry model of the two-stage semi-open impeller was established based on Abaqus.Given appropriate boundary condition and displacement constraints,the static strength and frequency results were obtained through finite element calculation.The results showed that the main load of the compressor impeller was centrifugal load,and the stress results obtained with the only load of centrifugal force in the model still had high reference value in the process of rapid design iteration.The stress distribution of the two impeller stages was similar,and the outlet side of rotating blades had a tendency to bend,resulting in pressure on one side of the blade root and tension on the other side.The maximum Mises stresses of the two impeller stages were both located on the outlet side,which could be reduced by adjusting the structure design.Meanwhile,by changing the number of stator guide vanes,the resonance of the second stage impeller at 17 000 r/min was eliminated.The research results can provide reference for impeller design in centrifugal compressor.关键词
