摘要

Abstract

The combustion stability of gas turbine is one of the important factors affecting the operation safety and stability of units.Because the combustion stability is affected by various factors,engineers are usually required to conduct combustion tuning work regularly.For a model of F-class gas turbine,the parameters for combustion tuning mainly include pilot gas flow rate and turbine exhaust temperature.An intelligent combustion tuning system is presented,which can collect and analyze real-time combustion chamber humming and acceleration data,extract stability characteristic index and automatically select optimization control strategies.Accordingly,command will be sent to the gas turbine control system to adjust combustion parameters,so the automatic combustion tuning can be realized.The application in a power plant has verified the satisfying function effect of this system.The research findings can provide reference for the modification of intelligent combustion tuning systems in the same type of gas turbines.
