Abstract
During the current operation of domestic nuclear power units,the steam generator outlet pressure is commonly higher than the rated design value.This phenomenon was sorted,and analysis and calculation were carried out to solve the problem of mismatch between reactor and turbine using the Advanced Integrated Thermodynamic Platform(AITP)of Shanghai Turbine Plant.It was found that to moderately increase the design pressure in front of main steam valve in steam turbine could effectively improve the output of the unit.On this basis,a match optimization strategy between reactor and turbine for the entire life cycle of the steam turbine was proposed combined with the pressure change curve of the steam generator outlet throughout the entire life cycle and the aging overhaul strategy of the unit.The calculation results related to economic benefits showed that after the optimization,the total power generation of the unit would significantly increase over its 60 years lifespan.The research results can provide reference for improving the economy of nuclear power units throughout their entire life cycle.关键词
