摘要

Abstract

Air-path fault diagnosis in gas turbine can reduce the damage of sever malfunction of unit and shorten the maintenance period,and the diagnostic algorithms is the most important part of it.Taking model research as the starting point,a diagnosis model suitable for actual air-path fault in gas turbine was proposed,and fault diagnosis was conducted based on the test results of the gas turbine's overall operation.The results indicated that the solution results of this diagnosis method had a high confidence coefficient,and the steady-state solutions could meet the engineering requirements,while the transient-state solutions needed consideration of sensor delays.The air-path diagnosis results can provide reference for onsite judgement about air-path fault or locating the initial faulty component in gas turbine.The research findings can provide reference for algorithm development of health management computers for other types of gas turbines.
