摘要

Abstract

Under the national"dual carbon"target,more and more pure back pressure units and pure condensing units need to be transformed into extraction back pressure units or extraction condensing units.Multiple optimization designs for extraction steam turbine units were carried out,and the reliability and performance of several extraction control methods were compared and analyzed.Based on this,a new extraction control scheme with supplementary steam was proposed on the basis of single valve regulation and nozzle throttling regulation.Theoretical analysis showed that the new extraction control scheme could improve the flexibility and economy of the unit.The research results can provide reference for performance optimization of similar steam turbines with requirements of steam extraction adjusting.
