摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of suprapatellar approach multidirectional locking intramedullary nail fixation in patients with proximal tibial fractures. Methods:Data of 50 patients with proximal tibial fracture admitted to Yongning County People's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical methods, with 25 cases each group. The control group was treated with locking bone plate fixation, the study group was treated with suprapatellar approach multidirectional locking intramedullary nail fixation.Perioperative indexes, joint function recovery and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation duration, active straight leg elevation time and fracture healing time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group, the perspective frequency and intraoperative blood loss were all less than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Six months after surgery, the Knee Lysholm Score and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot Scale score in both groups were higher than those before surgery, the study group were higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Six months after operation, the complication rate of the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 28.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suprapatellar approach multidirectional locking intramedullary nail fixation with suprapatellar approach can effectively improve perioperative indexes in patients with proximal tibial fractures, promote postoperative joint function recovery, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
