复方荆芥熏洗剂对混合痔患者外剥内扎术后创面疼痛及炎症反应的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effects of Compound Nepeta Fumigation on wound pain and inflammation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and internal ligation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Zaozhuang Yicheng People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent external stripping and internal ligation.The control group was fumigated with Potassium Permanganate Solution after surgery,and the study group was fumigated with Compound Nepeta Fumigate after surgery.The degree of wound pain and edema,inflammatory response index and rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of wound pain and edema in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and interferon-γ in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of wound bleeding,pain,edema and wound healing in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compound Nepeta Fumigation can effectively reduce wound pain,edema and inflammation and promote wound healing in patients after mixed hemorrhoidal external stripping and internal ligature.
