Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of modified Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with erythropoietin(EPO)on patients with renal anemia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with renal anemia treated in Linshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with EPO,the study group was treated with supplemented Jianpi Yishen Decoction.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,red blood cell parameters,iron metabolism index,renal function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores,blood creatinine level,urea nitrogen level of both groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,hematocrit level,ferritin level and transferrin saturation in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.90%,compared with 19.05%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with EPO is more effective in the treatment of patients with renal anemia,which can relieve the symptoms of shortness of breath,lazy speech,fatigue,little food,weak mouth,and insufficient stool,improve red blood cell parameters and iron metabolism,improve renal function,and no serious adverse reactions.关键词
