克氏针内固定术联合田七祛瘀胶囊对髌骨骨折患者恢复情况的影响
Effects of Kirchian Needle Internal Fixation Combined with Tianqi Quyu Capsule on Recovery of Patients with Patellar Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of Kirscher needle internal fixation and Tianqi Quyu Capsule in patients with patellar fracture,and to analyze the influence of combined treatment on the recovery of patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with patellar fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kirscher's needle internal fixation,the study group was treated with Tianqi Quyu Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for more than 3 months.The joint function,clinical index,bone metabolism index,hemorheology index and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:One month after treatment,knee joint motion and Bostman patellar fracture function score in both groups were higher than before treatment,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of osteocalcin and amino terminal prolongating peptide of type Ⅰ collagen in two groups were higher than before treatment,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of swelling and pain symptoms and the healing time of fracture in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in two groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of Kirschner needle internal fixation combined with Tianqi Quyu Capsule in the treatment of patella fracture can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the symptom relief and the healing process of the affected area,improve the bone metabolism indexes and hemorheology indexes of the patients,and facilitate the recovery of joint function.关键词
