膝关节镜下内引流术联合囊壁全切术微创治疗腘窝囊肿患者的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Knee Arthroscopic Internal Drainage Surgery Combined with Capsulotomy in the Minimally Invasive Treatment of Popliteal Cyst

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of knee arthroscopic internal drainage surgery combined with capsulotomy in the minimally invasive treatment of popliteal cyst.Methods:A total of 68 patients with popliteal cyst admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 34 cases each.The control group was treated with traditional incision surgery,and the study group was treated with arthroscopic internal drainage combined with capsulotomy.The operative effect,operative related indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incision length and postoperative pain time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the blood loss and drainage volume were less than those of the control group,and the operation time was longer,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.94%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopic internal drainage surgery combined with capsulotomy has a significant effect on the minimally invasive treatment of popliteal cyst patients,which can improve the surgery-related indicators with high safety,but the operation time is longer,and the treatment method should be selected according to the actual situation of patients.关键词
