Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of five-tone therapy combined with conventional training in the treatment of cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional cognitive rehabilitation training,and the study group received five-tone therapy on this basis.The TCM syndrome scores,event-related potential P300,daily living ability,depression degree and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of drowsiness,nocturnal urination,dull expression and agnosia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the latency of event-related potentials P300 in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amplitude of P300 was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton depression scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of the activities of daily living and the Montreal cognitive assessment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Five-Tone therapy combined with conventional training can not only improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke,but also improve their self-care ability in daily life.关键词
