Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of total knee replacement combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with traumatic knee arthritis.Methods:A total of 88 patients with traumatic knee arthritis admitted to Zibo Gaoxin(Tian's)Bone Injury Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received total knee arthroplasty,and the study group was treated with PRP on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS),the knee function score of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)in New York and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Two weeks after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Three months after surgery,the scores of HSS knee joint function in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty combined with PRP in the treatment of traumatic knee arthritis is helpful to relieve pain,improve knee function,and has high safety.关键词
