Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh perforator flap repair in patients with skin and soft tissue defects of limbs.Methods:A total of 80 patients with skin and soft tissue defects of limbs admitted to the traumatic orthopedics Department of Yingde People's Hospital from January 2020 to Janury 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local transfer flap,the study group was treated with anterolateral perforator flap.The aesthetic effect of repair,the effect of restoring blood circulation,the effect of sensory recovery and the level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of aesthetic repair,the excellent rate of blood circulation recovery and the excellent rate of sensory recovery in the study group were 97.50%,95.00%and 97.50%,respectively,which were higher than 82.50%,80.00%and 80.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 1 day of operation,the serum counts of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cells in two groups were higher than before operation,but the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The anterolateral thigh perforator flap can be used in the treatment of patients with skin and soft tissue defects of extremities,which is beneficial to improve the aesthetic effect,the recovery effect of blood circulation and sensory recovery effect,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.关键词
