Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on visual function in senile cataract patients.Methods:Sixty patients with senile cataract treated in Dongming County People's Hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the study group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The clinical efficacy,visual function,tear film function and the accurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Three months after treatment,the Visual Fuction Index Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the tear Break-Up Time was longer than that of the control group,and the score of Standardized Dry Eye Symptom Assessment Form was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%lower than 26.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve the visual function and tear film function of senile cataract patients with fewer complications,it has good clinical effect,and has application value.关键词
