Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Neuroform stent and LVIS/LVIS Jr stent combined with coil embolization on cerebral blood perfusion indexes and prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm(IA).Methods:The clinical data of 108 patients with IA in Rongcheng People's Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the different stents used in surgery,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Neuroform stent combined with coil embolization,and the study group was treated with LVIS/LVIS Jr stent combined with coil embolization.Cerebral blood perfusion indexes,neurotrophic markers,long-term prognosis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:One week after surgery,the local intracranial pressure(ICP)and cerebral blood volume(rCBV)of the affected side were all lower than before surgery,and the ICP of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the rCBV of the control group was higher,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).One week after surgery,the levels of S-100B protein and nerve growth factor(NGF)in two groups were lower than before surgery,and the levels of S-100B protein and NGF in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).One year after surgery,the modified Rankin scale score and aneurysm revascularization rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).One year after surgery,the incidence of stent thrombosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the incidence of cerebral vasopost tumor bearing artery stencs and coil escape were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of LVIS/LVIS Jr stent and coil embolization in the treatment of IA patients can improve cerebral blood perfusion indexes,neurotrophic markers,long-term prognosis,reduce the incidence rate of stent thrombosis.关键词
