Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation management on functional rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction patients with.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Leling People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation management,the study group adopted comprehensive rehabilitation management based on the control group.Limb function recovery,blood lipid level and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the daily Barthel Index scores,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and self-management ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,total cholesterol,triglyceride and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation management can promote the recovery of limb function,improve blood lipid level and enhance self-management ability of patients with cerebral infarction.关键词
