Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of air pressure wave combined with resistance training in postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients treated by modified radical surgery.Methods:A total of 94 breast cancer patients admitted to the Xingan People's Hospital from February 2022 to March 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups underwent modified radical surgery,after surgery,The control group received resistance training,the study group received air pressure wave treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of upper limb edema,shoulder joint motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the difference of circumference diameter of both upper limbs in two groups was lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the motion degree of shoulder flexion,abduction,external rotation and internal rotation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of breast cancer quality of life scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of air pressure wave therapy combined with resistance training in the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients after modified radical surgery can effectively relieve upper limb edema,increase shoulder motion and improve quality of life.关键词
