Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted speech function training on rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with speech function impairment.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction speech function impairment admitted to Linshu People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the study group received targeted speech function training on the basis of the control group.The verbal function,daily living ability,cognitive function,emotional state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of stroke Speech Function Rating Scale,Barthel index,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale and stroke specific Quality of Life scale were higher in both groups than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression scale in both groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted speech function training in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with speech function impairment has a good rehabilitation effect,can improve the speech function of patients,the ability of daily living,improve cognitive function,alleviate depressive emotional state,improve the quality of life.关键词
