刺骨温针灸法治疗寒湿型非特异性慢性腰痛患者的临床研究
Clinical Study of Bone-Chilling Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Patients with Cold-Dampness Type Non-Specific Chronic Low Back Pain

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bone-chilling warm acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness type non-specific chronic low back pain.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold-dampness type non-specific chronic low back pain admitted to Fogang County People's Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,the study group was treated with bone-chilling warm acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 86.67%,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scores of pain in both groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 20.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 16.67%in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Bone-chilling warm acupuncture can achieve good effect in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness type non-specific chronic low back pain,effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
