Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Anti-Osteoplasia Capsule combined with Sodium hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Data of 90 elderly patients with KOA admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation in Tianjin Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with anti-osseous hyperplasia capsule.The clinical efficacy,joint function,pain degree,inflammation level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index and Visual Analogue Score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the Harris Hip Function Rating Scale scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Interleukin-1,Interleukin-6 and Cyclooxygenase-2 in two groups were lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.88%,compared with 11.11%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Anti-Osteoplasia Capsule combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of senile KOA has significant curative effect,which can effectively relieve pain and improve joint function.关键词
