黄芪建中汤加味联合抗幽门螺杆菌四联疗法对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)quadruple therapy on patients with peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:A total of 84 patients with peptic ulcer with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type admitted to Feixian People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-HP quadruple therapy,the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction supplemented on this basis.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndroms of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,motilin and gastrin in the study group were lower than the control group,while somatostatin was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.67%,compared with 23.81%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Huangqijianzhong Decoction combined with anti-HP quadruple therapy can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,and the therapy has certain safety.关键词
