超声引导下针刀序贯疗法治疗肩周炎患者的效果及对肩关节活动度的影响
Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Needle Knife Sequential Therapy on Patients with Periarthritis Humeroscapularis and Its Influence on Shoulder Joint Motion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided needle knife sequential therapy on patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis and its influence on shoulder motion.Methods:A total of 84 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound guidance,pain point closure and shoulder joint loosening,while the study group was treated with ultrasound guidance and needle knife sequential therapy for 3 weeks.The pain degree,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint motion and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was lower than the control group,and the Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Rating Scale score was higher than the control group,the internal rotation,external rotation,extension and abduction motion of shoulder joint were(56.49±3.92)°,(63.84±5.22)°,(39.73±4.12)° and(145.33±10.09)°,respectively,which were bigger than(47.38±3.51)°,(48.64±3.83)°,(31.55±3.88)°,(117.73±8.26)°of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 85.71%,which was higher than 64.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided needle knife sequential therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the mobility of shoulder joints and promote the functional recovery of shoulder joints.关键词
