Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of goal-oriented nursing intervention model in the nursing of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:A total of 84 diabetic nephropathy patients in the internal medicine department of the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing intervention mode,and the observation group adopted the goal-oriented nursing intervention mode.The blood glucose level,self-care ability score,quality of life,negative emotion,occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 14.28%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.61%,higher than 83.33%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of goal-oriented nursing intervention mode in the nursing of diabetic nephropathy patients can help to reduce blood glucose level,improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.关键词
