摘要
Abstract
In May 2024,the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Complete Decongestive Therapy for Patients with Lower Extremity Lymphedema after Treatment of Gynecological Cancer.The standard standardizes the specific contents and requirements of complete decongestive therapy for patients with lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecological cancer from the aspects of manual lymphatic drainage,compression therapy,functional exercise and skin care.This article interprets the requirements and recommendations outlined in this standard,aiming to help healthcare providers and rehabilitation technicians in various medical institutions at all levels better understand and apply this standard,and provide a reference for further standardizing the clinical nursing practice of relevant specialties.关键词
