Meta-synthesis of Qualitative Studies on Influencing Factors of Compliance with Cardiac Rehabilita-tion Exercise in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To systematically synthesize the promoting and hindering factors of compliance with cardiac rehabilitation(CR)exercise in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD),aiming to explore an effec-tive strategy for improving rehabilitative exercise compliance.Methods Qualitative studies on compliance with CR exercise in CAD patients were retrieved online from CNKI,VIP Database,CBMdisc,Wanfang Data,PubMed,Scoups,Cochrane Library and Web of Science from their establishment to April 02,2023.The quality of the included articles was evaluated according to the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Jo-anna Briggs Institute(JBI)Centre for Evidence-based Healthcare in Australia.Results A total of 11 articles were included,from which 47 complete research topics were extracted and organized into 4 categories and 2 synthesized results.Synthesized result 1:The internal factors influencing compliance with CR exercise in CAD patients included inner drive and behavioral autonomy.Synthesized result 2:The external factors influencing compliance with CR exercise in CAD patients included the social system,medical system and rehabilitation en-vironment.Conclusion Compliance with exercise rehabilitation in CAD patients is influenced by a combina-tion of internal and external factors.Nurses should strengthen the factors that promote patient compliance,ad-dress factors that hinder patient compliance,and construct an effective support and guarantee system to pro-mote patient rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.关键词
