试验旨在研究粗饲料中添加甘草秧及颗粒饲粮中添加瘤胃生物缓冲剂对滩羊生长性能和肉品质的影响.试验选择3月龄体重为(19.0±2.5)kg的滩羊公羔90只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊.饲粮精粗比70:30,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+25%甘草秧(替代等量玉米秸秆),试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+25%甘草秧+0.5%瘤胃生物缓冲剂.预试期15 d,正式试验期90 d.结果显示,各组滩羊的生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05).试验Ⅱ组的白蛋白(ALB)含量和眼肌面积显著高于其他组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组滩羊的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组的蛋氨酸和胱氨酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的总氨基酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸和丙氨酸含量均高于对照组(P>0.05).研究表明,在饲粮中添加甘草秧和瘤胃生物缓冲剂不影响滩羊的生长性能,但在一定程度上能够提高滩羊的抗氧化能力,增加羊肉中的氨基酸含量,改善滩羊肉品质.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding licorice seedling to roughage and rumen biobuffer agents to pelleted diets on the growth performance and meat quality of Tan sheep.A total of 90 male Tan sheep aged three months with a body weight of(19.0±2.5)kg were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates per group and six sheep per replicate.The ratio of concentrate to roughage in the diet was 70:30.The control group was fed a basal diet,the test group Ⅰ was fed a basal diet plus 25%licorice seedling(replacing an equivalent amount of corn stalk),and test group Ⅱ was fed a basal diet plus 25%licorice seedling plus 0.5%rumen biobuffer agent.There was a 15-day pre-test period and a 90-day formal experimental period.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the growth performance of Tan sheep among the groups(P>0.05).The concentrations of albumin(ALB)and the eye muscle area in test group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05),and the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in test group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of methionine and cysteine in test group Ⅰ were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the concentrations of total amino acids,glutamic acid,glycine,arginine,aspartic acid,and alanine in the test groups were all higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).The study indicates that adding licorice seedling and rumen biobuffer agents to the diet does not affect the growth performance of Tan sheep,but can improve the antioxidant capacity,amino acid content and meat quality of Tan sheep to a certain extent.
