试验旨在探究丝兰皂苷对肉鸡生长性能、免疫力及抗氧化功能的影响.试验选择1 600只1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复100只.对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组肉仔鸡分别饲喂添加0、50、100和200 mg/kg的丝兰皂苷的试验饲粮.试验期42 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组肉仔鸡的42日龄体重显著增加(P<0.05),4~6周龄和1~6周龄,试验2组肉仔鸡的平均日增重增加(P<0.05),料重比降低(P<0.05).与对照组比,试验2组和试验3组肉仔鸡的脾脏指数和胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05),血清中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著增加(P<0.05);各试验组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平和新城疫抗体效价均显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平显著降低(P<0.05),且试验2组IL-6水平显著低于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组肉仔鸡血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著增强(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增强(P<0.05);试验2组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著增强(P<0.05).研究表明,丝兰皂苷可以改善AA肉仔鸡的生长性能,提高免疫力及抗体水平,增强抗氧化性能,丝兰皂苷的最适添加水平为100 mg/kg.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Yucca saponin on the growth,immunity,and antioxidant function of broilers.A total of 1 600 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and 100 broilers per replicate.The control group and the experimental groups 1,2,and 3 were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0,50,100,and 200 mg/kg of Yucca saponin,respectively.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight of broilers in experimental group 2 at 42 days of age was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain of broilers in experimental group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05)from four to six weeks and from one to six weeks,while the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the spleen and thymus indices of broilers in experimental groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-10(IL-10)in serum,and Newcastle disease antibody titers in all experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the IL-6 level in experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that in experimental groups 1 and 3(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum of broilers in experimental groups 2 and 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activity of catalase(CAT)was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).The activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in serum of experimental group 2 was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).The study indicates that Yucca saponin can improve the growth performance,enhance immunity and antibody levels,and strengthen antioxidant performance in AA broilers,with the optimal addition level of Yucca saponin is 100 mg/kg.
