艾叶精油微囊的制备及其生物活性检测
Preparation and biological activity detection of Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules

Abstract
Using Artemisia argyi essential oil colostrum as the core material,gelatin as the capsule material,and polyethylene glycol 4000 as the additive,the preparation process of Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules was optimized based on single factor experiments and orthogonal experimental design,and the in vitro antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules were tested.The results showed that the best preparation conditions of Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules were the ratio of core material to capsule material of 1.0:3.0,the dosage of polyethylene glycol 4000 of 1.5%,spray temperature 55 ℃,peristaltic speed of 6 r/min.Under these conditions,the encapsulation rate was(86.58±1.28)%,the drug loading capacity was(15.54±1.56)%,and the comprehensive score was 95.21±1.08.The Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules prepared by this process have a certain antioxidant capacity.When the mass concentration of the microcapsules was 3.0 g/L,the clearance rates of DPPH and hydroxyl radical were(75.56±2.01)%and(80.12±0.96)%,respectively.Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules had a good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella paratyphi A,and its antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus was better than that on Salmonella paratyphi A.The study indicates that Artemisia argyi essential oil microcapsules have high application value,which can provide reference for the development of functional feed additives for livestock and poultry.关键词
