摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to establish a monochromatic wavelength excitation-energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(MW-EDXRF)method for determining iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),and zinc(Zn)in feed and feed raw materials.Selected common feeds such as fish meal,soybean meal,soybeans,chickpeas,barley,sorghum,dry corn distiller's grains,cat food,and dog food as samples,used MW-EDXRF for measurement.After optimizing the pretreatment and analysis conditions,the linearity,accuracy and precision tests were carried out.The results showed that the linear regression coefficient R2 of the standard curves established for the above four elements was greater than 0.99,and the detection limits(LOD)were 0.411,0.404,0.408,0.387 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the measurement was within 0.5%.The measured values of the quality control samples are within the standard value range of the certificate.The study indicates that the method established in the experiment is simple,fast,reliable,and accurate,and is suitable for the detection of heavy metals in feed and feed raw materials.
