Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing rib and costal cartilage fractures.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024,45 cases of rib and costal cartilage fractures in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were analyzed retrospec-tively.All patients were examined by DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT,and the diagnostic results of different examination methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of DR plain film and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing rib and costal cartilage fractures was lower than that of pathological examina-tion,P<0.05.The detection rate of rib ultrasound diagnosis was compared with pathological examination results,P>0.05.Conclusion:DR plain film,musculoskeletal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT have high detection rate in the diagnosis of rib and costal cartilage fractures.However,compared with DR plain film and multi-slice spiral CT,musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis can also detect cartilage fracture better,which can be selected according to the specific situation of patients in clinic to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis results.关键词
