Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of regional hepatic inflow occlusion(RHIB)in laparoscopic hepatec-tomy(LH)for primary liver cancer(PCL).Methods:Sixty patients with PCL-LH who were treated in hepatobiliary sur-gery in Yangxin People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with RHIB,while the control group was treated with intermittent total hepatic blood flow occlusion(ITHO).The surgical indexes,liver function indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The hepatic blood flow blocking time and intraoperative blood loss in the ob-servation group were less than those in the control group,P<0.05.The comparison of liver function indexes between the two groups before operation,P>0.05;5 days after operation,ALT、AST and TBil in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while ALB was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complica-tions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:RHIB is safe and effective in the treatment of PCL-LH,which can significantly improve patients'liver function and promote patients'early recovery.关键词
