Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT imaging in portal vein imaging.Methods:90 patients with portal vein CTV(CT venography)admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.According to the different ex-amination methods,they were divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional CT scanning,and the study was examined by double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT imaging technology.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of portal vein CTV in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the radiation dose and iodine contrast agent dosage in the study group were less,and CTDI、DLP and ED were lower,P<0.05.The contrast of angiography,branch display below grade 3 and false shadow evaluation between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:The application of double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT ima-ging technology in portal vein imaging has obvious advantages,which can obtain satisfactory image quality and lower radiation dose.关键词
