Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of dermoscopy in the diagnosis and differential diagno-sis of oral mucosal diseases.Methods:From September 2021 to May 2024,30 patients with oral mucosa were select-ed,including 15 patients with oral leukoplakia and 15 patients with oral lichen planus.The patients were diagnosed by dermoscopy,the diagnosis results were analyzed,the accuracy of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of oral mucosal diseases was evaluated,and the lesion characteristics of oral mucosal diseases under dermoscopy were summarized.Results:Among the 30 patients,29 patients'dermoscopy image characteristics were consistent with the characteris-tics of oral mucosal diseases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.66%.Under dermatoscope,the main mani-festations of oral lichen planus are pearlescent Wickham lines consistent with pathological diagnosis,while oral leu-koplakia is white to pink unstructured areas.Conclusion:Dermatoscopy is helpful for clinical diagnosis and differen-tial diagnosis of oral mucosal diseases such as oral leukoplakia and oral lichen planus,and it has the advantages of rapid diagnosis,high accuracy and non-invasive.关键词
