Abstract
Objective:To study the fault prevention and control of linear accelerator based on maintenance data analy-sis and mind map method.Methods:The basic structure and operation principle of XHA600D medical linear acceler-ator were analyzed.The faults of XHA600D medical linear accelerator in actual use from 2019 to 2022 are classified and analyzed by specific charts.The faults of linear accelerator in use are summarized according to three risk factors by using mind map,and the risk points that should be paid attention to in the use and maintenance of accelerator and the corresponding control measures are further summarized.Results:In 2023,the operating rate of XHA600D medi-cal linear accelerator was 99.24%,which was 4.31%higher than 94.93%in 2019-2022.Conclusion:Based on the maintenance data analysis and mind map method,the risk points of linear accelerator failure are accurately summa-rized and analyzed,and combined with the existing equipment failures and problems,attention should be paid to e-quipment maintenance,which is helpful to ensure the normal use of departments.关键词
