Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk control in quality management of traditional Chinese medicine equipment.Methods:20 TCM equipments were selected and studied from January 2023 to December 2023.The equipments were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 10 equipments in each group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received equipment quality management based on risk control.The application effects of the two management methods are compared and analyzed.Results:The equipment failure rate of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group,and the timely maintenance rate and regular maintenance rate were higher than those of the control group.The personnel's proficiency in equipment operation was higher than that of the control group,and the patient's satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the implementation scores of equipment management items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of risk control in TCM equipment quality management can effectively reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the timely maintenance rate and regular maintenance rate,improve the proficiency of operators,ensure the accurate and effective implementation of various management items,and improve patients'satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment.关键词
