Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of infusion quality controller in promoting the homogenization of venous catheter maintenance quality in hospitals.Methods:On December 18 th 2023,the mastery of intravenous therapy technology in the Fifth People's Hospital of Nanhai District Foshan City Guangdong Province was evaluated.The transfusion quality controller corrects the nursing operation according to the evaluation result;After one month of intervention,the mastery of intravenous therapy technology in the whole hospital was evaluated again.Results:On the day of the evaluation of the mastery of intravenous therapy technology,the qualified rate of mastering the struc-tural indicators and operating procedures in the whole hospital was 70.71%,and no department exceeded 80%.Af-ter one month of intervention,the overall average qualified rate of the whole hospital increased significantly(P<0.05),reaching 86.57%.On the day of evaluation,the average coincidence rate of the hospital's operating proce-dures and complications handling ability was only 43.00%;After one month of intervention,the overall average co-incidence rate increased(P<0.05),with 4 departments exceeding 60%.Conclusion:Transfusion quality control per-sonnel play an important role in promoting the homogenization of venous catheter maintenance quality in hospitals,which is helpful to promote nurses to provide safer and more efficient nursing services for patients.关键词
