To explore the Effects of Continuous Self-management on Self-care ability And Quality of Life in Ppatients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of continuous self-management model on patients'self-care ability and quality of life in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:Fifty-six patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The study group adopted continuous self-management mode,while the control group adopted traditional nursing intervention scheme.The differences of self-care ability,quality of life and health behavior between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the four indicators of ESCA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of six indicators of health behavior in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous self-management model can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients with coronary heart disease,and also has significant clinical significance for improving the quality of life and healthy behavior of patients.关键词
