摘要
Abstract
Abdominal malignant tumor is a common malignant disease in clinic.High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU),as a new non-invasive imaging technique,shows unique advantages in the treatment of abdominal malig-nant tumors.HIFU utilizes the thermal and cavitation effects of ultrasound waves to precisely locate and ablate tar-geted tumor tissues under image guidance,leading to coagulative necrosis of tumor cells.In recent years,HIFU has made significant progress in treating various abdominal malignancies,including liver cancer,pancreatic cancer.and colorectal cancer.It not only effectively controls tumor growth but also improves patients'quality of life and reduces complication rates.The combination of HIFU with traditional treatment modalities such as surgery、chemotherapy and radiotherapy has further expanded its clinical application.This review summarizes the research progress,current clinical application status、safety assessment and future development directions of HIFU in the treatment of abdomi-nal malignancies,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
