Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that doctors can identify the pathological reaction area of patients in time and accurately by means of visiting and touching meridians and acupoints,and make qualitative and localized di-agnosis in combination with other clinical manifestations.This diagnostic method not only embodies the overall con-cept of traditional Chinese medicine,but also emphasizes the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Meridian acupoints are not only the key to diagnosis,but also the important basis for treatment.By stimulating spe-cific acupoints,the function of zang-fu organs can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.Acupunc-ture is one of the common external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in clinic.In the clinical practice of acupuncture,accurate diagnosis is very important.In addition to the routine diagnosis of observa-tion、smell、questioning and palpation in traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnosis of meridians and acupoints is also an important diagnostic method.Based on the theory of meridians and acupoints,this paper discusses the specific ap-plication of the diagnosis method of meridians and acupoints in acupuncture clinic,aiming at improving the effective-ness of acupuncture clinical treatment.关键词
