Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of evidence-based pharmacy(EBP)in promoting the rational use of anti-biotics.Methods:2000 antibiotic prescriptions randomly selected from Beijing Fengtai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Beijing Fengtai Nanyuan Hospital)before EBP management from January to June 2023 and 2000 antibi-otic prescriptions randomly selected after EBP management from July to December 2023 were selected as the re-search objects.To compare the rational use of antibiotics in hospitals before and after EBP management.Results:Af-ter EBP management,the rational use of antibiotics in the hospital was significantly improved,and the rate of irra-tional prescription,combined use of antibiotics and preventive use were significantly lower than before EBP manage-ment(P<0.05).After EBP management,doctors'knowledge of antibacterial drugs was significantly better than be-fore(P<0.05).After EBP management,it was found that the adverse drug reaction rate was only 1.10%,which was significantly lower than 5.70%before EBP management(P<0.05).Conclusion:EBP management is of posi-tive significance to promote the rational use of antibiotics,improve doctors'knowledge of antibacterial drugs,and thus reduce adverse drug reactions.关键词
