摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of anorectal diseases has been increasing year by year.Surgery is the most common treatment for anorectal diseases,but due to the special location of the anus and the high amount of perianal bacteria,it is easy to lead to recurrent wound infection after surgery.Clinical studies have found that MEBO can effectively promote the wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids、perianal abscess、anal fistula、anal fissure and other anorectal diseases after operation,relieve pain,prevent infection,and improve prognosis.This article mainly reviews the application status and mechanism of moist burn ointment in the treatment of postoperative wounds after anorectal surgery based on the theory of"saprophytic muscle".关键词
