基于危害分析的防跌倒预警预控体系在脑卒中患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Fall Prevention Early Warning And Pre-control System based on Hazard Analysis in Stroke Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of fall prevention early warning and pre-control system based on hazard analysis in stroke patients. Methods:One hundred and ninety-two stroke patients admitted to the De-partment of Encephalopathy of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2024 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.96 cases in the control group were given routine care, and 96 cases in the early warning group were given nursing care based on hazard analysis. The occurrence and prog-nosis of falls in the two groups were recorded. Results:The implementation rate of environmental safety, correct shift change and health education in the early warning group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The fall rate in early warning group was 2.08%,which was lower than that in control group 9.38%,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of early warning group was 100.00%during one month's nursing, which was higher than that of control group 91.67%,P<0.05.The ADL scores of the two groups before nursing were compared,P>0.05;The ADL scores of the two groups after one month of nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the score of the early warning group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The fall prevention early warning and pre-control system based on hazard analysis can improve the implementation rate of various fall prevention indexes of stroke patients, effectively prevent falls, improve nursing satisfaction and improve patients'daily living ability.关键词
