Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the effect of distal radius fractures fixed with external fixator and Kir-schner wire.Methods:Select 42 patients with distal radius fractures who received treatment in the Orthopedics De-partment of Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024,and divide them into two groups based on different treatment methods,with 21 patients in each group.Provide the control group with manual reduc-tion and small splint fixation treatment,and the observation group with external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire fixation treatment.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:After treatment,the pal-mar inclination angle and ulnar deviation angle of the two groups increased significantly compared with those before treatment,P<0.05).But compared between the two groups,P>0.05.The remission time of related symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The excellent rate of wrist function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:external fixator combined with Kirschner wire fixation for distal radius fracture has ideal effect,can improve the patient's symptoms,promote postoperative recovery.关键词
