Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment for elderly patients with gallstones.Meth-ods:A total of 158 elderly gallstone patients admitted to the general Surgery Department of Leizhou Renkang Hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided according to the order of the study subjects,that is,the control group(n=79,open surgery)and the observation group(n=79 cases,laparoscopic hand).Later,the data of perioperative related indicators,postoperative liver function indicators(TBIL、ALT)and the number of complications in the subjects of the two groups were analyzed..Results:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of blood loss during the operation was less than that of the control group,and the two indexes of liver function(TBiL and ALT)after operation were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications(incision infection、bleeding、intestinal adhesion and intesti-nal obstruction)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparo-scopic surgery for elderly patients with gallstones has a good clinical effect,which can obviously improve the liver function of patients and has few postoperative complications.关键词
