术后早期肠内营养支持在胃癌患者中的应用效果
Effect of Early Postoperative Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition support in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:100 cases of radical gastrectomy in Peking University People's Hospital from January 2023 to Janu-ary 2024 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by two-color ball method.The reference group received parenteral nutrition support nursing,while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support nursing.The rehabilitation index,complication rate and nutritional index of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group,and the nutri-tional indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group 14 days after operation,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support nursing can promote the recovery of patients with gastric cancer af-ter radical operation,prevent postoperative complications and improve the nutritional index of patients.关键词
