Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of empathy nursing combined with therapeutic communication in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the comprehensive warm area of Guzhen People's Hospital in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of establishing medical records,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing and empathy nursing,while the observation group used therapeutic communication on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and coping behavior between groups were compared.Results:After nurs-ing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of facing in MCMQ were higher,and the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with therapeutic communication can effectively improve patients'bad psychology and change their ways of coping with diseases and treatment.关键词
