摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of active risk prevention nursing on lung function,nursing quality and complications of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:Eighty-two children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhuhai from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Randomly divided into study group and control group,41 cases in each group.The study group adopted active risk prevention nursing,while the control group adopted routine nursing.The symptom disappearance time、lung function、nursing quality、complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom disappear-ance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the lung function was better after nursing,the nursing quality score was higher,the total incidence of complications was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Proactive risk prevention nursing can significantly im-prove the nursing quality of children with bronchopneumonia,improve their lung function and speed up the remis-sion of symptoms,with low incidence of complications and high satisfaction.关键词
