摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of community nursing on blood glucose control and health knowledge acquisi-tion in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with diabetes were selected from Lunjiao Nephelite Health Service Station,Shunde District,Foshan City from March 2021 to January 2023,and were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient care and the study group received community care.Blood glucose index,clinical scale score and medication adherence were com-pared between the two groups.Results:The levels of FPG,2hPG,and HbA1c in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of DKT,T2-CSO,DMQLS and medication compliance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Community nursing can effectively im-prove blood glucose control,health knowledge mastery and self-management ability of diabetic patients,and improve the quality of life and medication compliance of patients.关键词
