Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling on the comfort and coping style of patients with vitiligo treated by ultraviolet phototherapy.Methods:100 patients with viti-ligo who received ultraviolet phototherapy in the phototherapy room of Rizhao Dermatology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group re-ceived comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling.Comfort[Kolcaba's Comfort Scale(GCQ)]and coping style[medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of GCQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of MCMQ in the face dimension were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of yield dimen-sion and avoidance dimension were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling can improve the comfort of patients with vitiligo and promote them to ac-tively cope with the disease.关键词
